Sasha has literacy issues and wishes to resolve them. She is
seeking advice regarding adult training, to help her improve her
chances of finding work. As a Learning Advisor, Sasha visits you
and is disheartened to discover that you are not suitable to advise
her on the matter as your organisation only has paper-based
documents for learners.
