                   There will be times, as an advisor, where you will have to negotiate - either with the
                   client directly (because their expectations are unreasonable), or on the behalf of a
                   client (perhaps when dealing with another organisation or service).

                   As services find themselves under increasing financial pressure, and in great demand
                   from clients, negotiation becomes more and more important. Resources are not
                   available to everyone all the time. This can be very difficult to deal with, and to explain
                   to the client.
