Information, Advice or Guidance

You can gain feedback from clients and organisations in the following ways:

                   1. Surveys

Provide a paper survey or a web link for your clients to fill-in once they have been
signposted or referred to another organisation; ensure you get your client’s permission
to use their personal data in this way. Surveys are a good way of asking feedback from
clients who might not be happy to give feedback face to face or who no longer attend
                   your premises.

                   2. Feedback boxes

Feedback boxes provide your clients the opportunity to fill in feedback quickly and
easily whilst they are still on your premises or on your website. Make sure you provide
a feedback card for your clients to complete.

                   3. Approach your clients, and other organisations you use, directly.

Invite your regular clients in to provide feedback in a group situation. If there are
organisations you directly signpost or refer to often, network with them to find out how
                   to improve your service.
