                   There are lots of ways you can gain feedback from your clients and organisations you
                   work with. Thinking back to the confidentiality and Data Protection sections earlier in
                   this workbook, it is important to ensure you do not ask for any personal information
                   that you do not need. Feedback is often best received as anonymously as possible, as
                   it allows clients to be as honest as possible.
                   Ensure you explain to clients and other organisations you work with the reason behind
                   you seeking feedback; share with them the process that you undertake. The more of
                   an effect clients and other organisations think they have on you improving the service,
                   the more likely they are to want to help.
