Information, Advice or Guidance



                   Earlier in this course, importance of monitoring and evaluating referrals both for the
                   clients and for the organisation was discussed. Evaluation and monitoring can be done
                   by using the process explained below:








                                          •    Refer or signpost client to the relevant organisation.
