Information, Advice or Guidance

How your own values, beliefs and attitudes may affect
                     interactions with clients

It is important to recognise that your own values, beliefs and attitudes may affect
interactions with your clients; you need to know how to stop this from happening,
                   if at all possible.

An advisor may have different views and beliefs to the client they are dealing with.
This should not affect the advice they give, which should always remain impartial. It is
very important that the advisor does not judge the client based on their own personal
view points or morals. For example, a difference in religion should not affect the advice
                   that is given.

                        ! STOP AND THINK!

Think about your own values, beliefs and attitudes. What could
affect your interaction with clients? Have any affected your
interactions in the past? Make some notes below.
