                   Complete the following activity to consider what your own boundaries are.





                       A         Activity 8: Setting boundaries


                             Make a note of some of the relationships you may have – for
                             example, employer and employee, employee and employee, friend
                             and friend, parent and child, relationships with neighbours. Try and
                             identify the boundaries that you have in each case – for example,
                             do you invite them to your home? How much do you allow them
                             to know about your personal life? How much do you share your
                             thoughts and feelings with them?
