Think about how you build strong relationships at work and
outside. What could you do to help build strong relationships
with your clients? Take a few moments to think about this and
make notes in the space below.
There are many ways you can work towards strong relationships with your clients, by
ensuring you remember the following:
1. Ensure your clients are listened to, treated as individuals and valued
Throughout the process, ensure your client feels valued and is treated as an individual.
Make sure you do not stereotype clients by assuming the advice or guidance they
need. You should only provide advice, information or guidance after
fully understanding the client’s requirements, through good questioning.
