The key features of the referral procedure of your own
organisation
Every organisation that deals with signposting and referral will have their own policy
and procedures around it. Make sure you get a copy of this and go through it, and
ensure you are familiar with every step. You may find it useful to keep a copy and refer
to it as you gain experience.
