Requirements
A requirement is something that is needed or wanted. A client will have requirements
that need to be met. For example, a client approaching their local council’s housing
department might have a housing issue they require to be dealt with correctly.
As mentioned above, the crucial step to ensure you meet the requirements of
individual clients is to ensure you understand their requirements fully.
Once you have understood the requirements of your clients, meeting their
requirements should become significantly easier.

Think about your own experiences, when you have visited
a shop or perhaps tried to get advice or guidance. What
requirements do you have? Are these requirements normally
